Warner New music Group (WMG) is acquiring the property of 12Tone New music, the independent label started in 2018 by veteran music government, Doug Morris.
Under this arrangement, Morris will proceed to be actively engaged in the working day-to-working day actions of 12Tone Audio and its artists.
